Our Team

Barry became owner of Seedbed Business Centre on 24th November 2016. Prior to this date, Barry was Managing Director and founder of Flowline Limited, a specialist drainage contractor based in Rayleigh, employing some 140+ people. His business experience can help provide invaluable support to Seedbed Businesses.

Mark has been Maintenance Technician at Seedbed Business Centre since April 2000. He lives and breathes Seedbed Business Centre and is always willing to lend a hand to Tenants, assisting with deliveries, security and minor repairs.

Sharon has just joined the Seedbed Centre as our New Accounts Manager
Sharon was previously employed by the Seedbed Owner, Barry Robins, at his previous business for some 19 years, before finally leaving in September 2016. She is a friendly and capable person who is ideally suited to the Seedbed environment.

Hollie joined the team in July 2026 and job shares her position as receptionist/administrator with Daniella Morrison and Rosie Barratt.
Hollie can generally be seen at the Centre on her normal working days of Tuesday and Friday, but may be here on other days to suit working patterns and holiday cover etc.

Daniella is joining the team at Seedbed in December 2024 and will share duties with Hollie Carlton and Rosie Barratt to maintain a full time presence on our reception desk at the Centre.

Daniella brings a wealth of experience to the team and can be seen on her regular working days of Wednesday and Thursday

Rosie joined the team in July 2026 and job shares her position as receptionist/administrator with Daniella Morrison and Hollie Carlton.

Rosie can generally be seen at the Centre on her normal working day of Monday, but may be here on other days to suit working patterns and holiday cover etc.
